'He who shall not be named' has agreed that, they (Al quaeda) are present today. He has said he will 'pull out of Iraq on the first day of his presidency'. He has also said he will 'go back into Iraq if Al Quaeda... returns?' So here's the plan. We'll pull out now, give them a chance to really establish themselves with a year or so of not being hunted and killed like dogs. And then after they're rested up, then we'll go back in to get things straightened out. Have I got that right?
