I was a naive, dopey kid like Obama, BUT fin my case and in my defense <b>I was TWELVE!</b> I once remarked to my long-suffering Conservative Dad, while riding though a wealthy neighborhood, <i>"These people have too much, we should divide up all the money equally, so that some don't have so much, while others have so little."</i> When my father (a Depression-era kid and WW-II vet) couldn't stand that kind of naive stupidity any longer he shouted, <i>"Look, IF there were some way to divide up all the money equally and we did that, THESE (sweeping his hands at the row of beautiful homes) who'd have it all back within five years. THESE are the most ruthless and hard-driven people around."</i> My Dad was without question right and I was a dumb kid who believed the nutty things I learned from even dumber and more naive social studies teachers.
