For liberals, the only thing that matters is the outcome, not how you get there. For stark and recent evidence of this, look at the minority &quot;reasoning&quot; of the Supreme Court in Ricci. Torture the constitution to get to the &quot;right&quot; outcome? Not a problem. Liberals are only concerned about process and the rule of law when it can help them enforce the &quot;rights&quot; of enemy combatants or illegal aliens.</description>
