Winston Churchill wrote, in The River War (1899), his account of Kitchener’s campaign against the jihadists of that day, about Islam:
How dreadful are the curses which Mohammedanism lays on its votaries! Besides the fanatical frenzy, which is as dangerous in a man as hydrophobia in a dog, there is this fearful fatalistic apathy. The effects are apparent in many countries. Improvident habits, slovenly systems of agriculture, sluggish methods of commerce, and insecurity of property exist wherever the followers of the Prophet rule or live. A degraded sensualism deprives this life of its grace and refinement; the next of its dignity and sanctity. The fact that in Mohammedan law every woman must belong to some man as his absolute property — either as a child, a wife, or a concubine — must delay the final extinction of slavery until the faith of Islam has ceased to be a great power among men.
Individual Moslems may show splendid qualities. Thousands become the brave and loyal soldiers of the Queen; all know how to die; but the influence of the religion paralyses the social development of those who follow it. No stronger retrograde force exists in the world. Far from being moribund, Mohammedanism is a militant and proselytizing faith. It has already spread throughout Central Africa, raising fearless warriors at every step; and were it not that Christianity is sheltered in the strong arms of science — the science against which it had vainly struggled — the civilisation of modern Europe might fall, as fell the civilisation of ancient Rome.
And, today, in 2018, the Daily Mail reports:
A candidate in the European elections was arrested on suspicion of racial harrassment after quoting a passage about Islam, written by Winston Churchill, during a campaign speech.
Paul Weston, chairman of the party Liberty GB, made the address on the steps of Winchester Guildhall, in Hampshire on Saturday.
A member of the public took offence at the quote, taken from Churchill’s The River War and called police.
Quote Winston Churchill in today’s England and you go to jail!

The handwriting in on the wall. We will have to go to war against Islam or submit to Islam. Their culture and philosophy is worse than the Nazi’s and their numbers are growing all the time. I doubt that the West will wake up in time and our best hope is that Islam initiates the war and the West at least defends itself.

The only problem with Islam is the tenet that all members of the faith must convert all not of the faith.
By force, if necessary.
When one is forced to believe what he does not believe, then that belief is undermined and discredited.
Whether Islamism or Communism or Socialism or Christianity or Taoism or Capitalism or Republicanism or Democracy or Buddhism or any other belief system… no man has the right to deprive another of his beliefs by force.
Any who would be so vain as to assume his beliefs are the Only True Belief is surely headed toward one of the versions of Hades reserved for tyrants and autcrats.
Hope you like Hitler, Stalin and Genghis Kahn … it’s not the nicest neighborhood.

The Churchill quote is absolutely spot on. I don’t think you can find a veteran of our wars in the Middle East and Afghanistan who would disagree.
