As the Russians (re-) learned in Syria, we are watching VERY closely.
Nuthin to be ashamed about. Both the US and the Soviets/Russians blew up a lot of hardwarewhile learning the trade. Of course, there were fewer “witnesses” then.
In Iran, it is amazing how much progress they made since the end of the Obama “Agreement”. It kind of seems like they were cheating all along.
