She is absolutely right. The left is afraid of Gaetz exactly because he isn’t playing the political games. Trey Gowdy was much more honest about what was really going on in DC 8 years ago but once he made his decision to become a civilian and pursue his legal options he became a moderate and that is because he is looking for an appointment down the road and needs to make his track record more appealing to both sides. I don’t trust what Gowdy says anymore because you can’t tell if he is just saying what is politically correct or telling the truth.
