Conclusion:
The young man assumes almost instantly that he is irresistible and goes as far as to fool himself and give his bedroom key to a stranger he has never seen before.
This means: oversized and abnormal sense of entitlement.
The probability for that the young man has narcissistic personality disorder (NPD) is highly likely; to which we may add that this symptom is acute, if not severe – a further interview would quickly clear this point.
The woman and the old fat guy seem to behave normally, considering the circumstances. Both didn’t ask anything to anyone.
