Breaking News: Barack Obama Is Really a Natural Born American Citizen!

Barack Hussein Obama II’s long-form Hawaiian Birth Certificate

Only 30 months after the November 2008 election which won him the presidency, Barack Hussein Obama II, stung by repeated criticism by Donald Trump, suddenly abandoned the dogged struggle he had fought in the courts of at least 8 states at a cost estimated to approach close to $2 million and finally released a copy of his long-form birth certificate from the state of Hawaii.

When one glances over the fabled and mysterious document, alleged recently not even to exist as a form of Hawaiian document, on the one hand, one is comforted with the knowledge that the occupant of the chief magistracy of the United States is actually apparently eligible to hold the office he currently occupies. But, on the other hand, one remains perplexed as to why he did not simply release this bland and uncontroversial document long ago.

I think the country is still due a rational explanation of why it was that the president wanted to avoid releasing this.

Nonetheless, NYM congratulates the President of the United States on this bold gesture in the direction of transparency.

Special thanks are obviously due to Mr. Donald Trump, who personally assumed the responsibility for articulating public concern and forcing the disclosure of a fundamentally significant source of data.

I just read the following today:

There is nothing vague about the term natural born citizen and the issue is Obama’s birth father, not his birth place — His dual and divided loyalties, which he has demonstrated every day since taking office.

It is well known that the Founders borrowed the term from the Law of Nations and the historical definition of the term is indisputable based upon four simple statements dating back to the mid-1700s.

• natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens.
• those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights.
• The country of the fathers is therefore that of the children; and these become true citizens
• in order to be of the country, it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country.

This is the definition of natural born citizen and CNN along with every other press outlet, member of congress and U.S. Supreme Court know it.

Of course, this means that no matter where on earth Obama may have been born, he is not a natural born citizen and they all know this too. Obama’s stated natural birth father is Barack Hussein Obama of Kenya, who was at no time in his life a citizen of the United States. Since natural-born citizenship follows the bloodline of the father, Obama II cannot be a natural born citizen of the Unites States no matter where he was born.

Not saying I’m a conspiracy theorist, but it does make sense to me.

Carrie – Congress has the power (via the elastic clause) to define who is a citizen and how it is passed on to one’s descendants. Clearly such a law is necessary and proper to the basic functioning of government and the Founders would have no objection to Congress defining citizenship in precise terms. These days anyone born anywhere in the world to one American parent is a natural-born citizen and does not need to be naturalized. I’m not sure what the law was in 1961, but it’s that law that would be operative here, not the Law of Nations you cite.

Thanks Matt, appreciate the clarification. :)

So what is Obama’s “original Birth Certificate” doing on base paper designed in 2001? That’s a fair question? Obama’s birth certificate is black & white. Does this fake look black & white?
