Governments job according to that pesky Constitution, is to protect the people against foreign invasion, provide a national transportation infrastructure, and above all, to insure all the constitutional freedoms of the people. Most all BO’s speech was dedicated to making the case for governmental interference. They would rather give out fish, than to give fishing lessons. Even fishing lessons are outside the governments purview.
