The Chutzpah Award goes to Barack Obama for saying: “We know that we’re better off when there are rules that stop big banks from making bad bets with other people’s money.” But apparently if the government is making bad bets with other people’s money, that’s just fine. And if those bad bets are made with Obama’s bundlers in the solar industry, that’s even better.
