one would sit atop a fence within the courtyards behind our building at ground level. I saw once, out our windows, perhaps the same falcon take a swipe at a pigeon, and miss. they were at about the same height as a nearby eight+/- story building.

too, I saw a gaggle of large buzzards/vultures gathered on a water tank, +/- 10 stories in altitude two days ago.

there are crows, too. they like to habituate the exit helix of the Hudson Tunnel which has may trees around it. I walk by it often. read of ravens&crows, there’s a lot they aint tellin’.
