Spam is really good. It is generally talked down by the latte & kale lovers, but it is tasty and can be made even better with a frying pan. I’m OK that a lot of people won’t touch it, I would hate to have the equivalent of a toilet paper rush on it in the supermarket. But perhaps less popular than Spam Valveeta may top the list of disliked food for stupid reasons.

A time or two a month, we chop a can of the stuff up and sauté it with mushrooms, garlic, diced onions and peppers, and toward the end of browning it up, scramble eggs into it, along with grated cheese at the end. Served with a small dish of salsa and toast.
Lunch will be optional that day, and dinner might run later.
Good chow.

I have been to the Spam museum, and it was actually fascinating. I spent more than an hour they are looking to exhibits on the history of spam
