The long knives are out for Ted Cruz and any Republicans who are popular. Romney could have done the same thing and the Democrats wouldn’t have made a big deal about it because he is their kind of Republican. This is Alinsky rules being used to try to destroy Republican leaders.

Someone must be blamed for any failure lest the “WORTHIES” be accused. Who better than someone who was not involved, lest there be blame for not rectifying an error of someone who was actually involved. Thus the “plan” remains impeccable and unblemished by the failure.
