Democrat Colorado Senator Michael Bennet is running for re-election, and this campaign ad depicts the Senator as a real Colorado outdoorsman and fly fisherman.
Watch carefully, and you’ll see that he has no idea of how to fish. And what the video fails to tell you is that Bennet purchased a 24-hour fishing license specifically to make the ad.

Only things missing were a unicycle and a trombone. Have seen folks who can fly cast- it would have sold the claim IF he could have demonstrated a casting technique that is 50% timing and 50% art of reckoning, resulting in a beautiful long, looping flyline moving fluidly through air, until it is straight out, and ( NEVER snapped like a whip ), when fully extended forward, sets a fly gently upon the water beyond the line at the full length of the leader , at the spot intended by the angler. Bennet cannot demonstrate that.
