Hatred of the normal and good may drive some of the left’s useful idiots, but the “progressive” careerist politicians who stir up the useful idiots are driven by greed and ego (in that order), not by any sort of “beliefs.” The distinction is important when crafting strategies and policies to fight this crap. You can cure the mentally ill useful idiots (at least enough of them) but you must attack the careers and wealth of the careerist grifters.
