Nose rings. Well any type of face tat or piercings, but especially a nose ring . . . and lip piercings are especially icky when worn by food service workers. Nothing makes me lose my appetite more quickly that face “art”. Nose rings are especially when one has to look up into a drive-thru window. They look like metal nasal snot.
