It is very clear that he wants that interpretation because he is part of the cabal that wants to take our rights away. The Democrat party has been taken over by the far left/communists. Their lust for power exceeds their desire to protect our Republic and our citizens. They intend to do us harm and they feel frustrated and delayed by Trumps two terms so they will accelerate their infringement on our constitutional rights.
