Noted Constitutional Scholar on the US Intervention in Libya

The President does not have power under the Constitution to unilaterally authorize a military attack in a situation that does not involve stopping an actual or imminent threat to the nation.

Well there’s that pesky Constitution again. We don’t have to abide by it any more do we? It’s old and out of step with the current administration’s agenda.
