Don’t forget that Roberts gave us a hge gift. One which may be the best last chance for repealing Obamacare. The constitution says: Article I, section 7 “All Bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives…”. Once Roberts declared that the key provision in Obamacare was in fact a tax it became an unconstitutional bill/law because it originated in the Senate. Now, why this hasn’t been re-filed with the courts I do not know but it should be.
