Columbia Found Him Guilty, But They Didn’t Even Bother to Listen to the RecordingsBen Feibleman, Columbia University, Lawsuits, Title IX Witchhunts
Columbia University found ex-Marine Ben Feibleman guilty of sexual assault. They should have listened to the recording he prudentially made on the evening in question, but they couldn’t be bothered. Now, he’s suing Columbia for $25 million. Let’s hope the court adds punitive damages. Daily Caller has the story.

Title IX was explicitly written and interpreted for exactly this. To make special rights and special citizens of a special class of people. This is exactly what the LGBQT effort is all about and no doubt they will get what they want.
I doubt that colleges can legally or constitutionally hold court and levy punishment. THAT needs to end.
