I can relate. When my dad, already severely hampered by Alzheimer’s, was living with my brother he (my dad) used to pick fights with him (my brother) threatening to tell his son when he got home. My brother once asked my dad, “Do you know who I am?” My dad struggled for a moment and finally said, “Well, if you don’t know, I’m not going to tell you.”
