Politicians did this. They didn’t do it intending to destroy your children’s lives they merely wanted to steal your money and enjoy more and more power.

The fix is easy to say; make each school independent from the federal, state, county and city governments and run by the principle who answers only to the people in his district. Give him absolute hire and fire power and end unions involvement.
