I found several thumbnails of this image on British, Swedish, and Chinese web-sites, but could not get to the original postings. I have no idea how Fred Lapides comes up with certain images.

What do you want to know about this? In general it’s from Russia from a new (fairly new) fad of scaling very tall structures and posing at the top of them. I forget exactly what it’s called… wait one… Buildering?
